| Notes on presence status | This invasive species is listed for Curaçao in several publications, which all refer to the on-line CABI Invasive Species Compendium. However, this database refers to Vázquez & Monteagudo (1988) as its source but that paper describes the first discovery of Xylosandrus compactus on Cuba. Colijn et al., 2020 assume that there has been an entry error using a drop-down list in the database: Curaçao instead of Cuba. So the presence on Curacao is a mistake. |
