  • Notes on presence status What was in the past called Labrisomus nuchipinnis is now split into 3 species: L. nuchipinnis, L. conditus and L. cricota. all in Curacao (and elsewhere in the Caribbean). These can be identified by pictures. If a photo is not available, then L. nuchipinnis is OK (pers. comm. Benjamin Victor).
