De Jong & Coomans reported in 1988 the species Cerodrillia perryae Bartsch & Rehder, 1939 from the ABC Islands, however according to a large revision of West Atlantic Drilliidae by Fallon in 2016, the species observed by De Jong & Coomans is actually not C. perryae, but a new species: Douglassia antillensis Fallon, 2016
